When purchasing teacups and delicate favors for
events, be sure to either
order a few extra or allow time for replacements. We are VERY
careful in our packing, but occasionally there will be a broken item.
Of course we will replace anything that does not arrive in
good
condition, but this takes time, and we want your event to go perfectly!
International
Customers, be sure to allow time for transit through Customs.
We
cannot control how long your order will take on its journey once it
reaches your country.
If
you are paying with PayPal, please be sure that your correct shipping
address is on your account. It's the last thing one would
think
to change when moving, but it can make for some messy delays if PayPal
has an old address.
We ship primarily by UPS and USPS with occasional use of FedEx.
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

When Shipping by USPS, we use Priority Mail. The Post Office guarantees these orders to arrive within 2-3 days of shipment in the continental United States.
When shipping larger orders Internationally by USPS, we usually use Global Priority Mail. Shipping time is between 1 and 2 weeks, depending upon destination.

We want you to be happy with your purchases! If you are not pleased with your order, please notify us within 3 days that you are planning a return. If you return an item to us without notifying us, we cannot guarantee a refund.
A restocking fee of $25 will be charged if returned items appear used or damaged.

Upon receipt of your items, a refund of your purchase costs will be issued. We regret that we cannot refund shipping costs unless a mistake was made on our part.
If your items are damaged in shipment, please notify us within 3 days of receipt, and we will have our shipper pick them up so that we can receive our refund from the shipper and reship your items.
Please be aware that custom made items cannot be returned unless an error is made, for example, in printing or color.
We do not offer returns on Clearance or Sale merchandise.
"Where is the rest of my order?"
We offer many handcrafted gifts which ship directly from where they are created, decorated, poured, sewn, assembled, etc. One order may contain items from 5 sources! So don't panic ~ The remainder of your order is most likely shipping in another box.
"Why
is my order taking so long"
In general, in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days.
Many of our items are handcrafted one at a time just for you! Please plan ahead as much as you are able, especially for large events. Some things just cannot be rushed.
Check the pages of our site for shipping guidance. We try to let you know how long to allow for various items. When in doubt; ask!
***International Customers: Don't forget about Customs! We cannot control how long your order will be held in Customs once it reaches your country. Please take this timing into account when you place your order.
"Why has my credit card been charged if you haven't shipped my order yet?"
Many of our items are custom made by artists. You are, in essence, commissioning works of art in pottery, fabric, jewelry, wax, paint, porcelain, etc. We have to pay these artisans before they begin work on your order. When your order is completed, they will ship it!
Privacy
Roses and Teacups does not under any circumstances sell or give our customer information to anyone else with the obvious exceptions of the shipping company delivering the order and, if appropriate, our artists and suppliers who ship products directly.
The
contact information that you give us is used for the express purpose of
assisting you with your orders. We will not contact you
unless
there is a question regarding your order.
Our newsletter is sent only to those who sign up for it, and the option
to unsubscibe is available at any time.
Payment transactions with Roses and Teacups are encrypted and secure.
