These are classic ribbon art pieces:  The flowers on the front are HAND-SEWN into the velvet.  They are trimmed with vintage buttons, hand-painted and gilded vintage fringe and appliques.  The cameo is likewise gilded and the large pearl flower is hand-painted and gilded.
