23" individual cut piece of hat size reducer  $2.99

This tape is made of foam with tape on one side to assist in reducing the hat size.  If you have difficulty getting some hats to fit, this tape can easily be put inside (usually around the band inside.)  This is an individual 23" cut piece good for one hat.
