FAQ:
"Why do you need my phone number?"
Many
of our suppliers use shipping companies which require customer phone
numbers. In addition, if we need to contact you for any reason
regarding your order, this greatly assists us in the process.
Although we faithfully respond to every phone call and email, we
have found that emails are sometimes bounced back to us, lost in SPAM
folders, or sent to old addresses. Phone calls are more reliable
and will get you your order FASTER!
"Where
is the rest of my order?"
We
offer many handcrafted gifts which ship directly from where they are
created, decorated, poured, sewn, assembled, etc. One order
may contain items from 5 sources! So don't panic
~ The remainder of your order is most likely shipping in
another box.
"Why
is my order taking so long"
Many of our items are handcrafted one at a time just for you!
Please plan ahead as much as you are able, especially for large
events. Some things just cannot be rushed. Check
the pages of our site for shipping guidance. We try to let
you know how long to allow for various items. When in doubt;
ask!
International
Customers:
We
are so thrilled to have regular customers in Canada, Australia,
Denmark, New Zealand, UK, Taiwan, South Korea, Norway, Bermuda, Japan,
Hong Kong, France, Germany, Thailand, Netherlands, Singapore,
South Africa, Argentina, Mexico and Brazil. We
currently do not ship our fragile items outside of the continental US
and Canada but are delighted to ship our
Quilted Accessories, Pens, Stationery and other smaller, less fragile
items anywhere in the world!
To
expedite the ordering and shipping process for our international
customers, we require payment
via Paypal, the number one way that money is exchanged worldwide!
We use
First Class International, Global Priority or Global Express
Mail for our international shipping, depending on the size and weight
of the items and the country of
destination. We ship our international
purchases on a weekly basis (usually
on Wednesdays.) This allows us to maintain
a policy of NOT charging extra handling fees for our international
customers.
If you haven't
shipped overseas lately, you will be shocked at the cost! We
have based our shipping table on actual experience. It's not
perfect, but it's pretty accurate. Special
circumstances may require additional charges. We
are continuing to work at improving and updating the checkout and
shipping process for your benefit!
If your order
weighs 4 lbs. or more, we have to ship Global Priority or Global
Express and do not have the First Class International Option.
