Items received by us in used or damaged condition will not be accepted for refund.
Shipping costs are refunded only in the case of errors on our part.

Shipping

Order Processing

In-stock items ship within 5 business days, although they usually ship much sooner. Handcrafted and Customized items often take longer, and we try to mark these on the site for you. If you need your order by a certain time, please check on processing time with us to avoid disappointment.

Damage in Shipping

Unfortunately, it does occasionally happen. Be sure to let us know right away so that we can send our carrier to pick up any damaged items. Once this is done, we can reship your items or process a refund.

Shipping Time

We use a variety of shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS and USPS. You will receive tracking numbers by email when your items ship. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days. You can check our UPS Map for approximate UPS shipping time.

International Shipping

We ship almost everywhere in the world!
We will work with you to find the safest, fastest, most reasonable way to ship your order.

Looking for the rest of your order? Items in your order may be shipping from several locations, especially if you have purchased any of our lovely handcrafted products. The first delivery that you receive from us may not contain all of your items, but the rest will follow!

Do I have to pay with PayPal?

No. Although PayPal is one of our payment options, we have many others including using any major credit card on our secure checkout pages or sending a check.
